We provide a full range of indoor and outdoor LED screens, shaped LED screens.spherical LED screens, widely used in advertising. highways, concerts, shoppingmalls, banks, sports venues, exhibitions and other places.
The customer contacts the LED supplier through phone,email,website,or other channels to inquire about the product's price,specifications,quality,delivery time,and other information,or directly expresses their needs and budget. The customer can also request samples,catalogs,or demonstrations of the product.
The LED supplier responds to the customer's inquiry by providing a detailed quotation sheet, which includes the product's model,quantity,unit price,total price,freight,tax,payment method,warranty period,and other terms and conditions.
The third step of the order process is contract. The customer and the LED supplier sign a formal purchase contract after confirming the quotation sheet and agreeing on the final terms and conditions. The contract should specify the rights and obligations of both parties,as well as the validity period,breach of contract,dispute resolution,and other clauses.
LED suppliers produce,ship,install and debug LED products on time in accordance with the requirements of the contract,and provide corresponding invoices,quality inspection reports,instructions for use and other documents. After receiving and inspecting the product,the customer pays the amount agreed in the contract and signs the acceptance form to express satisfaction and acceptance of the product.
